Lately, I have been pooring over the early Hanna-Barberra designs (Ed Benedict is one example.) I think it's fine, but I otherwise missed the mark.
As for Speedy.... well, he is the fastest mouse in all mexico (and is a friend of EVERYONE'S sister!) And it seems that he enjoys (playfully, I might add) tormenting Sylvester.
